Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, and free of body odor, fragrance, pet hair, or lint. Items must be in new condition to qualify.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as they meet the above criteria.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please mail it to the address below. Include a note with your order number and email address, and indicate whether it’s a return or an exchange:

Once your item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming that we’ve received your return, along with an approval or rejection of your request.
If the item is unworn and free of odor or damage, there should be no issues.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
Note: The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
